bauteil3 is Berlins first songwriting-space for songwriters, podcaster and producers. Founded in 2014, the co-writing space is based at former Airport Tempelhof and frequented by professional songwriters from major publishing companies.

We treat our fully equipped studios like hotel rooms with a personal touch – no matter how the room will look at the end of a productive day, the next morning the musician will find a clean and neat studio. The bright light and cozy living room atmosphere promotes the creative working process further.
